As you would expect in a new facility such as this, the clever design of The Point includes many facilities not always available elsewhere. For example:
- 1Movable interior walls allowing the main suite to host up to three events at once, designed to prevent noise traveling from one space to another. They allow for several layout options, giving a maxiumum floor space of approx. 1200 sq. m. with no pillars.
- 2Separate mezzanine bar/reception area overlooks the main space as well as having up to four bars inside the suite and additional private bar area.
- 3Balcony 2.5m wide running the length of the suite with white LED handrail, overlooking the famous Old Trafford pitch.
- 4Large power supplies available 125amp or 63amp/323amp/16amp three phase supplies at either end of the suite, which can then be supplied to various locations in the suite via the lift up floor panel system.
- 552 hanging points with a 1000kg loading capacity and integrated power and lighting controls in the ceiling scissor lift available for daily hire.
- 6Electronic blackout blinds can be deployed as required in both the main suite and the mezzanine bar area.
