Manufacturers Directors Conference and the Manufacturer of the Year Awards
The team that helped us did an absolutely superb job. I have been running conferences, exhibitions and awards for over 20 years and I have never come cross such a professional team – they were quite simply brilliant.
Every single person we met or had engagement with could not have been more helpful, from the bar manager opening the bar early to Dave in the events office who was really fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for this man who was so helpful and calm that it really helped our team to have confidence in the whole operation.
The food on the night of the awards was wonderful – by far the best I have had at any such event and the speed of service was also the best I have ever seen. This makes a huge difference.
Manchester & District Society of Past Lady Golf
I would like to express my very grateful thanks to you for all your help in the arrangements. The new venue The Point was fantastic as were all the staff, everyone was really helpful. We were particularly impressed with the welcome logo at the entrance and table plan outside the suite. Everyone from the Committee to the members and guests were very complimentary about the venue and the staff. Thank you so much.
Bravehearts Ball
It was a smash hit success. We have had lots of emails about the Ball saying what a fantastic night it was, that the food was excellent, the venue was fabulous and from some who attend many of these functions it was the best they had ever been to! All in all it was a very successful night. Thank you very much for all your help in making the evening such a success, please pass on our thanks to all the staff at LCCC that helped on the day.
The Autumn Ball
Thank you very much to you and your colleagues for looking after our arrangements for our Autumn Ball. It was a thoroughly enjoyable event, we had a great time. Thanks to you in particular for all your great advice and support. Staff were so personable and helpful, so keen to make sure that all arrangements were OK for us. They alleviated pressure on those of us who were ‘working’ on the night – meaning that we to could relax and enjoy the evening.
CBI Dinner
The event was Fantastic. Everything went really well and everyone was really impressed with the venue. The room looked great. The food was lovely, especially the starter which was beautiful and we really enjoyed it.

Our event was a great success thank-you and once again the food and service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly both during set up and the evening and nothing was too much trouble.

It was a fab night and we must congratulate you and your staff for doing such a fantastic job! I was happy (and, from what I understand so were Selfridges) the team were hard-working + helpful (as they were last year): the venue is really good for a catwalk show – nice proportions, excellent height (though darker ceilings would be better!) I hope that you get the chance to get a bit of a rest, and I look forward to working there with you again

Everything was brilliant – everyone was very impressed. She could not fault anything. Duty managers were great on the day, the staff & service were great. She has received lots of wonderful feedback on the quality and abundance of the food. She would like to pass on her sincere thanks to everyone involved in making the event a success. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for organising such a wonderful event. I have spoken to many partners today and without exception all have said it was the best event yet. The venue was superb, the catering was amazing – to feed that many people in one go takes some doing. The entertainment was spectacular and for me the most special moment was the firework display – truly Out of this World!! That would befit a Royal Wedding! This was my first party in my new role and it was fantastic and I look forward to many more in the future.
